A licensed broker since 2014, Dan honed his eye for residential real estate while working in construction for 12 years. During this time Dan came to appreciate the value of high-quality workmanship, and developed a deeper understanding of what people look for in a home. This experience provides Dan with the expertise necessary to advise his clients on possible upgrades or updates that can improve the value of their home when selling, and helps buyers see the potential in any space.
Dan’s passion for helping people and love of Chicago is what drives him—for him, real estate is about helping his clients find their dream home or ideal investment. He prides himself on being an advocate for his clients, going above and beyond to ensure that their goals are achieved. Being a part of such a monumental milestone in his clients’ lives fills Dan with a sense of joy, and he believes that the most important task is to be there for each client every step of the way. Dan views each transaction as an opportunity to learn and better serve his future clients, tailoring his approach to their specific needs.
In his free time, Dan and his wife love to explore Chicago’s expansive dining scene—they consider themselves huge foodies, and love to try the next hot restaurant, or spend an evening at home experimenting with a new recipe. Outside of cooking, Dan is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, a Siberian Husky named Charlotte.
